Dunkeld West,Johannesburg
R20 000 – R25 000 depending on experience

Our legal client, a modern and innovative Conveyancing practice situated in Johannesburg is currently looking for a Junior Transfers and Deeds Secretary that has very good experience with deeds field.
Requirements for Transfers and Deeds Secretary:
Grade 12
At least 2 years’ experience in deeds – especially transfers
GhostConvey/GhostPractice experience
Must be extremely professional in their ability to deal with clients
Be able to work with high volumes of work
Must have a very stable work record
Duties include, but are not limited to:
Must be able to work independently
Handle the full transports/deeds function from beginning to end
Opening files
Execution of searches
Communication with sellers, buyers and agents
General administration
