Requirements:
Grade 12 coupled with a Facilities/ Building management certificate
A minimum of 3 years Building management experience
Knowledge OHSA knowledge and its application essential General building maintenance
Able to manage finances related to budgets, debtors/ creditors and reconciliations of tenant accounts
 
 
Responsibilities:
Administer all building related operational matters as well as various onsite service providers
Maintain effective business relations with high profile tenants
Manage budgeting and expenditure requirements
Continuously inspect and manage the maintenance requirements of the property to high standards
Provide frequent operational and legislative reports (OHS and others) to the senior management team
Attend to all emergency situations in the building as and when they occur

Process month end finances such as invoicing various tenants and Debtors and Creditors duties
