Purchasing/Buying Administrator (JB269)
Roodepoort, Johannesburg
R18 000 – R20 000 per month
Working Hours: 07:00 - 16:00
Salary: R18 - 20 000 per month
Benefits: Annual Bonus

hiring a dynamic individual who is able to think on their feet, is highly
organised, has strong administrative abilities, is able to work independently
and to manage the client and supplier
relationships.
Procurement administrators provide
support to the team by carrying out general administrative duties and placing
orders for equipment and materials. This role involves organizing and storing
documents, making purchase orders, updating records, and responding
to order issues
Job responsibilities as the Purchasing/Buying
Administrator are:
Manage relationships with suppliers
Open
accounts
Requests
for quotes
Purchase
orders
Goods
returned
Supplier
invoice reconciliation
Good
received, including GRN's and inventory journals
Goods
dispatched, including delivery notes
Liaise
with couriers and import/export management
Inventory
management
Fleet
management
Minimum requirements for the Purchasing/Buying
Administrator are:
Grade 12
Able to
communicate effectively in English
Minimum
of two years’ experience in similar roles
Proficient
in Microsoft Office and SAGE Pastel
Driver’s
license and own vehicle
