Responsibilities:
Ensure that various software and filing systems are updated with accurate information;
Ensure that all office equipment is in working order and make arrangements for any repairs and services needed;
Ordering of office consumables while remaining within budget;
General administration;
Process accurate payments for Manager to release;
Setting up of appointment and diary management;
Liaise with clients in a professional and friendly manner;
 
Requirements:
12 months + admin related experience;
Excellent communication skills;
Excellent organization skills;
Willing and able to learn new skills;
Mature disposition;
Grade 12;
Tertiary qualification would be an advantage;
