Kontak Recruitment is currently recruiting and hiring for our client based in Sandton. Our Client requires a well-spoken and well-presented candidate to assist with general administration and answering of the switchboard.
The Frontline Coordinator will represent the face and voice of the business, are the first to interact with customers and are expected to be ambassadors of the business.
Job requirements or the Frontline Coordinator:
Completed Matric;
Fluency in business English;
Proficient in MS Office;
Own car with valid driver’s license preferred.
Job duties and responsibilities of the Frontline Coordinator:
Ensure all meetings are booked and all attendees are advised of such;
General typing and administration;
Answering of phones in a professional manner and transferring such to the relevant persons;
Meeting and greeting all guests in a professional and friendly manner;
