Insurance call centre experience
 
Inbound
Answer phones professionally
Respond to customer inquiries
Research info
Handle and resolve customer complaints
Provide customers with product and service information
Capture customer details to confirm policies
Identify and escalate priority issues
Provide personalized customer service of high level
Route calls to appropriate resource
Follow up customer calls where necessary
Follow up calls of clients with clerical duties and liaising with other departments
 
Outbound
Contact customers by phone
Deliver prepared scripts to obtain necessary info from customer and impart info to customer
Describe and explain terms and conditions of products and services
Respond to questions
Capture customer details to confirm policies
Obtain customer information
Data entry and maintenance of customer or potential customer databases
Provide personalized customer service, follow up on initial contracts and follow up calls of client with clerical duties and liaising with other departments
