Invoice Admin Clerk

Invoicing/Admin Clerk (MKT039)
Midrand
R10 000 – R12 000 per month

Educational requirements:
Grade 12
Finance certificate or diploma or similar
Must have own car and license
At least 4-5 years’ experience within a similar role
Duties:
Assisting clients with orders
Taking payment
Invoicing and checking stock
Couriers
Liaison with all sales staff
Interaction with all stores staff
Assisting branches with their JHB orders
Checking stock
The person must be friendly, efficient and pro active
Able to handle stress and sort out problems
Great customer service skills
